Detailed Residential Home Design & 3D Rendering Including Structural Analysis and Interior Visualization Using Revit and Lumion

We require a highly skilled architect with expertise in residential design to create comprehensive blueprints and photorealistic 3D renderings for a modern farmhouse-style home. The project includes complete architectural drawings in Revit, incorporating detailed structural engineering considerations (foundation design, framing plans, load calculations) adhering to local building codes. We need detailed floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details suitable for permit submission. A crucial element is the creation of high-quality 3D renderings using Lumion to showcase the home's aesthetics and spatial layout, including realistic landscaping and exterior finishes. The interior design aspect necessitates the development of detailed space planning, material selections (flooring, cabinetry, fixtures), and furniture layouts. The final deliverable includes Revit model files, 2D CAD drawings (PDF format), and a series of high-resolution renderings (minimum 10 views) demonstrating the home's exterior and interior from various angles. We also require a short video walkthrough (1-2 minutes) created in Lumion, highlighting key design features and showcasing the overall ambiance. Communication is essential throughout the project to ensure alignment with client vision and address any design challenges promptly. The candidate should be able to demonstrate a portfolio of similar residential projects, showcasing proficiency in Revit, Lumion, and structural detailing.
