Seeking a skilled and experienced freelancer to create a comprehensive 3D architectural visualization and detailed structural drawings for a modern residential home project. The design incorporates sustainable materials, large glass windows, and an open-concept floor plan with a focus on seamless integration with the surrounding landscape. The project requires high-quality 3D renderings suitable for client presentations, showcasing realistic lighting, textures, and interior finishes. Alongside the visualization, we need precise structural detailing utilizing AutoCAD for foundation plans, wall sections, floor joist layouts, and roof framing details ensuring compliance with local building codes. The interior design aspect requires modeling custom built-in cabinetry, modern furniture arrangement suggestions within the 3D model and clear dimensions displayed on drawings. We are looking for someone with a keen eye for detail, proficiency in Revit for BIM modeling and AutoCAD for structural drafting.
