Detailed Revit Modeling and Structural Detailing for Modern Residential Home with Sustainable Design Elements

We require an expert Revit modeler and structural detailing specialist to create a comprehensive BIM model for a new custom residential home project. The design incorporates passive solar principles, rainwater harvesting, and sustainable materials. The scope includes detailed architectural modeling of all building elements (walls, floors, roofs, windows, doors), accurate structural framing detailing according to local building codes (wood frame construction), and integration of MEP systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) within the Revit model. The final deliverable is a fully coordinated and documented Revit project file (.RVT) suitable for construction documentation, including detailed floor plans, elevations, sections, and 3D views. We also need highly-detailed structural drawings for foundation, framing, and connections, conforming to current engineering standards. Experience with LEED or similar sustainable building practices is highly desirable. The model should be parametric and allow for easy design modifications. The project includes generating high-quality renderings showing the finished home in its surrounding landscape using Lumion or V-Ray. This is a complex project requiring meticulous attention to detail and a deep understanding of BIM workflows.
