We are seeking an experienced architectural visualizer to create a series of high-quality 3D renderings and animations for our new residential complex project. The design emphasizes sustainable architecture, integrating solar panels, rainwater harvesting systems, and green roofs. We require photorealistic renderings showcasing the exterior and interior spaces, highlighting material textures, lighting conditions (day/night), landscape integration, and overall ambiance. Animations should include walkthroughs of key areas like the lobby, apartments, communal gardens, and rooftop terrace. The final deliverable should be suitable for marketing materials, presentations to investors, and design reviews. Prior experience with similar residential projects is highly preferred. The project requires a deep understanding of architectural design principles, lighting techniques, and rendering software capabilities to achieve an impactful visual representation that accurately reflects the project's vision and sustainable features.
