Detailed 3D Modeling and Visualization of Modern Residential Complex with Sustainable Design Elements (Phase 2)

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented 3D modeler to complete Phase 2 of our residential complex project. This phase focuses on interior detailing, landscaping integration, and photorealistic visualization for marketing purposes. The model must accurately reflect architectural plans (provided in AutoCAD format) and incorporate sustainable design features like solar panel placement, rainwater harvesting systems, and green roof implementation. Experience with rendering software (e.g., V-Ray, Lumion) is essential to produce high-quality visuals suitable for presentations and promotional materials. Deliverables include detailed 3D models (Revit, SketchUp), high-resolution renderings (minimum 4k resolution) showcasing various interior spaces and exterior views, and a short animated walkthrough highlighting key design aspects. The project requires meticulous attention to detail, proficiency in material libraries, and the ability to incorporate feedback effectively. We need someone who understands sustainable design principles and can accurately represent them visually.
