We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented 3D artist to create photorealistic visualizations of a proposed sustainable residential complex. The project encompasses both exterior and interior renderings, showcasing the building's innovative design, eco-friendly features (solar panels, rainwater harvesting system), and integrated smart home automation. The renderings must highlight the natural light integration, material textures (wood, stone, glass), and overall aesthetic appeal. We require a minimum of 10 high-resolution renderings (3 exterior, 7 interior), suitable for presentations to investors and potential residents. The final deliverable should include rendered images in .PSD or similar editable format, allowing for minor adjustments. Experience with virtual reality (VR) rendering is a plus.
