We're a rapidly growing SaaS startup seeking an experienced digital marketing expert to analyze our current multi-channel marketing efforts (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram ads, email campaigns, content marketing) and develop a data-driven strategy to maximize ROI. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and a proven track record of optimizing marketing campaigns across various platforms. This project involves in-depth data analysis, identifying key performance indicators (KPIs), building custom dashboards to track progress, A/B testing different marketing approaches, and providing actionable recommendations for improvement. We need someone who can not only track metrics but also translate data into concrete strategies that drive leads and conversions. Experience with attribution modeling is crucial, as we want to understand the true impact of each channel on our customer journey. You'll be responsible for regularly presenting findings and recommendations to the leadership team, demonstrating a clear understanding of marketing analytics best practices and ROI principles. A strong understanding of customer segmentation, personalization techniques, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) is highly desirable. We're looking for a proactive individual who can work independently and collaboratively to achieve our marketing goals.
