We are a rapidly growing SaaS startup seeking an experienced marketing analyst to develop and implement comprehensive analytics tracking across all our marketing channels. This project will focus on establishing a robust data infrastructure using Google Analytics 4, integrating it with our CRM (HubSpot), and creating custom dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), churn rate, and marketing ROI. The ideal candidate will have experience setting up conversion tracking, attribution modeling (data-driven), and A/B testing to optimize campaign performance. Furthermore, you will be responsible for providing actionable insights based on data analysis and recommending strategies to improve marketing effectiveness across paid advertising (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads), social media marketing (organic and paid on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter), email marketing automation (Mailchimp/Klaviyo), and content marketing efforts. You will also work on developing a comprehensive reporting framework to regularly communicate performance updates to stakeholders, including monthly ROI reports demonstrating the impact of marketing initiatives. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus. The ultimate goal is to build a data-driven marketing engine that maximizes ROI and drives sustainable growth for our company.
