We are a rapidly growing SaaS startup seeking an experienced digital marketing expert to develop and execute a comprehensive multi-channel marketing strategy. The primary focus will be driving user acquisition and maximizing ROI through data-driven decision making. This involves a detailed analysis of our current marketing efforts, identifying key areas for improvement, and implementing new strategies across various channels including Google Ads, Social Media (Facebook, LinkedIn), Email Marketing, and Content Marketing. You will be responsible for setting up robust tracking and analytics using Google Analytics 4, creating detailed monthly performance reports with actionable insights, conducting A/B testing to optimize campaigns, and continuously refining our marketing approach based on data. Experience with attribution modeling and customer lifetime value (CLTV) calculations is highly desirable. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and communicating effectively with our product and sales teams. We are looking for someone who can go beyond basic marketing tasks and truly understand our business goals, using data to drive meaningful results. A strong understanding of SEO principles is also required to ensure long-term organic growth.
