We require an expert Revit modeler and structural detailing specialist to create a comprehensive BIM model for a new custom residential home project. The design incorporates passive solar principles, rainwater harvesting, and sustainable materials. The scope includes detailed architectural modeling of all building elements (walls, floors, roofs, windows, doors), accurate structural framing detailing according to local building codes (wood frame construction), and integration of MEP systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) within the Revit model. The final deliverable is a fully coordinated and documented Revit project file (.RVT) suitable for construction documentation, including detailed floor plans, elevations, sections, and 3D views.
