Detailed 3D Modeling and Architectural Visualization of Modern Residential Complex with Sustainable Design Elements

We are seeking an experienced 3D modeler and architectural visualizer to create detailed renderings of a new, environmentally conscious residential complex. The project involves modeling the entire complex, including individual apartments (various floor plans), common areas (lobby, gym, pool area), and exterior landscaping. The model must be highly accurate and detailed, reflecting the architectural plans provided in AutoCAD format. We require realistic textures, lighting, and shadow effects to showcase the design's aesthetic appeal and sustainable features (solar panels, rainwater harvesting system). The final deliverable includes high-resolution renderings suitable for presentations to investors and potential buyers, as well as a 3D model in SketchUp format for further design iterations. Proficiency with Revit is a plus, but not mandatory. The successful candidate should have a strong understanding of architectural design principles and be able to translate 2D drawings into compelling 3D visualizations. Communication skills are essential as we will be providing ongoing feedback throughout the project. Familiarity with sustainable design practices is highly preferred. We expect the candidate to utilize their expertise in lighting and materials to create a photorealistic representation of the building, emphasizing its modern design and energy efficiency. The architectural plans are comprehensive but require a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy.
