Detailed 3D Architectural Visualization of Modern Residential Complex with Landscape Integration

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced architectural visualizer to create photorealistic 3D renderings of a new residential complex. The project involves visualizing both the exterior and interior spaces, with a strong emphasis on showcasing the landscape integration and overall design aesthetic. The renderings should be suitable for marketing materials, presentations to investors, and potential tenants. We require high-resolution images from various angles, including bird's eye views and detailed close-ups of specific design elements. The interior renderings must accurately depict furniture, finishes, lighting, and textures, creating a sense of realism and immersion. The landscape visualization should seamlessly blend with the architectural design, showcasing trees, shrubs, walkways and outdoor amenities. We will provide detailed CAD drawings (in AutoCAD format) and a comprehensive design brief outlining the desired style, color palette, and overall branding. The deliverable must be delivered in a high-resolution format such as .psd or .tiff so that we can further edit the images. The selected freelancer will be expected to collaborate closely with our design team, incorporating feedback and revisions throughout the process. Excellent communication skills and a proven track record of delivering high-quality architectural visualizations are essential.
