We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance professional to conduct thorough regression testing and identify critical bugs within our rapidly evolving e-commerce platform. The project involves extensive manual exploration alongside automated testing using Playwright to ensure a seamless and error-free user experience. The platform currently handles high volumes of transactions, so performance and stability are paramount. You will be responsible for creating detailed test cases based on product specifications, UI/UX designs, and user stories. Focus will be on identifying defects related to shopping cart functionality, payment processing (various gateways like Stripe and PayPal), user account management, product search & filtering, order history, and responsive design across multiple devices (desktops, tablets, mobile phones). Clear bug reporting with screenshots/videos is crucial. We expect you to work closely with our development team, providing constructive feedback and collaborating on solutions. Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) is a plus. The goal is to deliver a high-quality, robust platform that meets our stringent quality standards and ensures customer satisfaction. A strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional results are essential. We'll also require extensive documentation of testing processes undertaken, including test case design and execution results.
