Project Description
We are seeking a highly skilled QA Engineer to conduct thorough regression testing and bug detection for Phase 2 of our e-commerce platform. This phase includes significant UI/UX changes, new payment gateway integrations (Stripe & PayPal), and enhancements to the product catalog. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of testing methodologies, experience with cross-browser and device compatibility testing, and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities include creating detailed test plans, executing manual tests, identifying bugs with clear reproduction steps, and working closely with developers to ensure timely resolution. We require meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach to quality assurance. Experience with e-commerce platforms is highly preferred. The project will involve a mix of manual testing and introduction to automated test flows utilizing Cypress for key workflows. Bug reporting will be done using Jira.
