Seeking an experienced architectural designer and 3D modeler to develop detailed design plans and stunning visualizations for a modern, eco-friendly residential complex. The project involves creating comprehensive CAD drawings (AutoCAD and Revit) for construction documentation, including floor plans, elevations, sections, detailed joinery drawings, and structural layouts. Additionally, we require high-quality 3D renderings (V-Ray or Lumion) showcasing the exterior and interior spaces, emphasizing natural light and sustainable design elements. The interior design aspect needs to provide a cohesive aesthetic that aligns with the building's overall eco-friendly theme, incorporating modern materials and finishes. We need a strong focus on structural integrity and compliance with local building codes, including detailed structural engineering considerations. Experience in sustainable design principles is highly preferred; familiarity with LEED or similar certifications a plus. Deliverables include full CAD/BIM sets, high-resolution renderings (minimum 8K), and a presentation-ready 3D model for client review.
