User Research and Product Strategy Development for Sustainable E-Commerce Platform (Agile Focused)

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to conduct in-depth user research and develop a comprehensive product strategy for our new sustainable e-commerce platform. This project will involve identifying target customer segments, analyzing their needs and pain points through surveys, interviews, and competitor research. The outcome will be a detailed product roadmap outlining key features, prioritization based on user impact and business value. The role requires strong analytical skills, a passion for sustainability, and the ability to translate research findings into actionable product recommendations. We want someone comfortable working within an Agile framework, using Jira and Trello to manage sprints and track progress. This includes participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. The deliverable is a comprehensive Product Requirements Document (PRD) alongside a prioritized roadmap, presented in a clear and concise manner. We are looking for someone who can demonstrate experience with A/B testing, data analysis, and iterative product development. Bonus points for familiarity with accessibility guidelines and eco-friendly design principles.
