Strategic Product Roadmap Development & Agile Implementation for SaaS Startup (60-90 days)

We are a rapidly growing SaaS startup seeking an experienced Product Strategist to define and execute our product roadmap for the next 6-9 months. This role requires a deep understanding of agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban, to translate user research and market analysis into actionable product initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a proven track record of successfully launching new features and products, and excellent communication abilities to effectively collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams. Responsibilities include conducting thorough user research (interviews, surveys, usability testing), competitive analysis, defining clear product goals and metrics, prioritizing features based on impact and effort (ICE scoring), creating detailed user stories with acceptance criteria, facilitating sprint planning and review meetings, and continuously iterating on the product based on user feedback and data analysis. Experience with Jira or similar project management tools is essential.
