Seeking a highly skilled interior designer and 3D visualizer to transform a newly constructed 2-bedroom apartment into a modern, stylish living space. The project encompasses comprehensive space planning, selection of furniture and finishes, creation of realistic mood boards showcasing different design concepts, and high-quality 3D renderings. We require detailed mood boards presenting three distinct design themes (e.g., Scandinavian Minimalist, Contemporary Urban, Bohemian Chic) each including furniture layouts, color palettes, material selections (flooring, wall coverings, lighting fixtures), and decorative accessories. The final deliverable includes detailed furniture specifications, a 3D floor plan highlighting spatial arrangement, and photorealistic renderings of each room (living room, bedroom 1 & 2, kitchen, bathroom) in Lumion or V-Ray. The design should prioritize functionality, aesthetics, and client preferences (a preference for natural light and neutral color schemes with pops of accent colors).
