توضیحات پروژه
We need a modern, responsive portfolio website for a freelance data scientist. The site should showcase projects through interactive visualizations (using libraries like D3.js or Chart.js) and provide a clear, professional representation of skills and experience. The design must be clean and minimalist, focusing on usability and visual appeal. We expect a well-structured codebase adhering to modern best practices including semantic HTML, optimized CSS (ideally using a framework like Tailwind or Bootstrap for rapid development), and clean JavaScript. The site must be fully responsive, working seamlessly on all devices (desktops, tablets, and smartphones). Deployment to a cloud platform (Netlify, Vercel, or similar) is required. Regular communication and updates are crucial throughout the development process. We'll provide detailed requirements, including desired color scheme and specific content to be included.
