We are seeking an expert 3D artist to create a high-quality architectural visualization of a proposed modern residential complex. The project involves modeling the exterior and interior spaces, incorporating detailed textures and materials to reflect a realistic appearance. A key component of this project is the integration of structural engineering considerations into the 3D model – ensuring realistic representation of load-bearing elements, facade systems, and overall structural integrity. The design includes a mix of apartment units, common areas (gym, pool), and landscaping elements. We require the model to be fully textured and lit for photorealistic rendering. The interior design aspect needs careful attention, including furniture placement, lighting schemes, and material selections to match the overall aesthetic.
