Comprehensive End-to-End Testing and Performance Optimization for E-commerce Platform (Mobile & Web)

We require a skilled QA engineer to conduct thorough end-to-end testing of our e-commerce platform, encompassing both mobile (iOS & Android) and web applications. The focus will be on identifying functional bugs, usability issues, performance bottlenecks, and security vulnerabilities. This includes testing payment gateways (Stripe & PayPal), user registration/login flows, product browsing and search functionality, shopping cart management, order processing, and shipping integration. We need someone proficient in creating detailed test plans, executing test cases (both manual and automated), reporting defects clearly with steps to reproduce, and collaborating effectively with developers to ensure timely resolution. Experience with cross-browser testing (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) and mobile device compatibility is essential. Performance testing using tools like Lighthouse to identify areas for optimization (page load times, rendering speed) is also a key requirement. A strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in a fast-paced environment are highly desirable. We’ll provide access to staging environments and relevant documentation.
